Hi, Im Jono Abel a Radio Presenter and Producer employed by Gcap Media and working for stations Radio Broadland and Gold in Norwich.

My role as Station Producer gives me responsibility for the day to day on air sound of the station, including production of station imaging, sweepers, promos, contest features and sponsorship packages, in fact every piece of audio apart from commercials which are made by our dedicated department.

I deal on a daily basis with all teams that make up the radio station - Sales, Sponsorship and Promotions, News, The Presenters, Music Scheduling, Local Technology and other departments nationally across the Gcap Media Group, not only to ensure our Station Sound meets the Brand Guidelines and company objectives but to make sure we sound S**t hot.

The many years of experience gained not only working closely with all departments but also with our Programme controller also allows me to deputise for him during his absence.

Prior to becoming Station producer I was Radio Broadland's morning presenter for 5 years after working my way up through overnights and weekends. During this time I covered every shift on the station including Breakfast and Drive, I also hosted live outside broadcasts, station and client led promotional events and club nights

I also have regular shows on air and can be heard on Radio Broadland Saturdays 12-3 and on Gold weekdays 12-4 as well as covering all other dayparts.

I also have experience of voice tracked shows and currently voice a daily show in the UK, maybe I could voice yours too ? I could be on your radio station anywhere in the world... tomorrow. *(local contractual restrictions may apply)
